Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200Β°F (95Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a clean, dry bowl, beat the egg whites and salt until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Spoon the meringue mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping into wreath forms.
  5. Bake for 1-1.5 hours or until the meringues are crisp and dry.
  6. Allow to cool completely, then top with fresh fruits before serving.
