Description

A simple homemade cranberry sauce made with fresh cranberries, sugar, and water, perfect for holidays.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cranberries under cold water and remove any stems.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, and orange juice.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Adjust sugar to taste for sweetness.
