A creamy and refreshing homemade ice cream made with fresh peaches, perfect for summer.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the diced peaches until smooth.
- In a large bowl, mix the pureed peaches with sugar, heavy cream, milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, about 20-25 minutes.
- Transfer the churned ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Serve scoops of the ice cream in bowls or cones.
Notes
Use fresh, ripe peaches for the best flavor. If peaches are not in season, frozen ones can be substituted after thawing.
