- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded coconut, toasted
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract; mix until a dough forms.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and flatten slightly on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden. Let cool.
- Dip cooled cookies in caramel sauce and top with toasted coconut.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and let set before serving.
Notes
