A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring ground beef and broccoli coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir for 1 minute.
- In a bowl, mix honey and soy sauce; pour over the beef.
- Add broccoli florets and stir to combine. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes. Serve with rice or noodles.
