Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce; pour over the shrimp and stir to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
