These cupcakes combine honey, peaches, and cream cheese for a perfect sweet treat.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 ripe peaches, diced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, mix flour and baking powder.
- In another bowl, cream together cream cheese, honey, and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and blend.
- Fold in the diced peaches and dry ingredients until combined.
- Pour batter into cupcake liners and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
