Description

These cupcakes combine honey, peaches, and cream cheese for a perfect sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 ripe peaches, diced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, cream together cream cheese, honey, and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and blend.
  5. Fold in the diced peaches and dry ingredients until combined.
  6. Pour batter into cupcake liners and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
