Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil.
  3. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the honey soy mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Place salmon on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

For a crispier finish, broil the salmon for the last 2 minutes.
