- 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Brush the honey soy mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
For a crispier finish, broil the salmon for the last 2 minutes.
