- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and food coloring.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
- Scoop dough into balls, flatten slightly, and place a small amount of cream cheese in the center, then seal and roll into balls again.
- Place on baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool on sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
