Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and food coloring.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
  5. Scoop dough into balls, flatten slightly, and place a small amount of cream cheese in the center, then seal and roll into balls again.
  6. Place on baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool on sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
