- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and melted butter until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and stir until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
Notes
These can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a nut-free version, substitute with sunflower seed butter.
