Description

Delicious no-bake peanut butter balls coated in chocolate, perfect for a quick and easy dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and melted butter until smooth.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and stir until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.

Notes

These can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a nut-free version, substitute with sunflower seed butter.
