- 4 chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and half of the chopped basil.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and top with diced tomatoes and remaining basil.
- Add burrata on top and let it melt slightly.
