Description

A hearty pasta dish featuring steak and shrimp, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz sirloin steak, sliced
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Return the steak to the skillet. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
