A hearty pasta dish featuring steak and shrimp, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- 8 oz sirloin steak, sliced
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Return the steak to the skillet. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
