Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer marinara sauce, noodles, beef mixture, and cheeses.
- Repeat layers and top with cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chili flakes to the beef mixture.
