This ultimate comfort food combines the flavors of chicken parmesan in a grilled cheese sandwich for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- On the non-buttered side of one slice, layer mozzarella cheese, chicken slices, and marinara sauce.
- Top with the other bread slice, buttered side out.
- Grill in a pan over medium heat until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Notes
For extra flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan on top.
