Description
Tender chicken strips marinated in lemon and garlic, coated in parmesan breadcrumbs and baked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, toss chicken tenders with lemon juice and olive oil.
- Dredge each chicken tender in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to coat evenly.
- Place coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes. Pairs well with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
