Description

A flavorful baked salmon dish with lemon and garlic, perfect for a healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the garlic-lemon mixture over the salmon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a crispier finish, broil for the last 2 minutes. Pair with steamed vegetables.
