- 1 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- Zest of 2 lemons

- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- In a bowl, mix grated Pecorino cheese, lemon zest, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and coat evenly with the cheese mixture.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- For the sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and lemon juice, simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Serve the chicken with the creamy lemon sauce drizzled on top.
