- 2 red bell peppers, grilled and peeled
- 200g fresh goat cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Grill the red bell peppers until charred, then peel and slice them.
- In a large pot, boil water and cook the linguine according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil and sautΓ© the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the sliced peppers and heavy cream to the saucepan, stirring until the mixture is creamy.
- Drain the linguine and add it to the sauce, mixing well.
- Stir in the crumbled goat cheese until melted and combined.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
