Description

Ingredients

  • 2 red bell peppers, grilled and peeled
  • 200g fresh goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Grill the red bell peppers until charred, then peel and slice them.
  2. In a large pot, boil water and cook the linguine according to package instructions.
  3. In a saucepan, heat olive oil and sautΓ© the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced peppers and heavy cream to the saucepan, stirring until the mixture is creamy.
  5. Drain the linguine and add it to the sauce, mixing well.
  6. Stir in the crumbled goat cheese until melted and combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
