- 1 package Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (5 cakes)
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Green food coloring
- Red candy sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Crush the Christmas Tree Cakes and press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
- Add green food coloring to achieve desired color and pour over crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set. Cool and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Decorate with red sprinkles before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese and let the cheesecake chill overnight.
