Description

A festive cheesecake inspired by Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, featuring layers of creamy cheesecake and green frosting for a holiday treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (5 cakes)
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Green food coloring
  • Red candy sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325Β°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Crush the Christmas Tree Cakes and press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
  5. Add green food coloring to achieve desired color and pour over crust.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set. Cool and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  7. Decorate with red sprinkles before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese and let the cheesecake chill overnight.
