  • Author: Chef Lalybeth
  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Description

Succulent lobster tails are baked and served with a rich, creamy butter sauce made from garlic, butter, and cream.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise and pull apart slightly to expose the meat.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush with some of the sauce. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is opaque.
  6. Remove from oven, drizzle with remaining sauce, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor. Pair with steamed vegetables or rice.
