Succulent lobster tails are baked and served with a rich, creamy butter sauce made from garlic, butter, and cream.

- 4 lobster tails (about 6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise and pull apart slightly to expose the meat.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush with some of the sauce. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is opaque.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with remaining sauce, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor. Pair with steamed vegetables or rice.
