Ingredients

- 1 lb cod fish
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup salsa
- Spices: cumin, paprika, salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Season the cod fish with cumin, paprika, and salt.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the fish for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer to oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until flaky.
- Assemble bowls with shredded cabbage, avocado, salsa, and fish.
