Sweet and spicy chicken wings glazed with fresh mango and chili for a tropical twist.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and pureed
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix mango puree, chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Toss chicken wings in the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Arrange wings on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25 minutes, flip, and bake for another 20 minutes until crispy.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
For extra heat, add more chili sauce. Pairs well with rice or salad.
