Description

Sweet and spicy chicken wings glazed with fresh mango and chili for a tropical twist.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and pureed
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix mango puree, chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Toss chicken wings in the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Arrange wings on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, flip, and bake for another 20 minutes until crispy.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

For extra heat, add more chili sauce. Pairs well with rice or salad.
