  • Author: Chef Lalybeth

Description

A sweet, spicy, and savory side dish where cauliflower florets are roasted to perfection with a sticky maple sriracha glaze.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 12 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro or green onion for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, maple syrup, sriracha, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the glaze.
  4. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and caramelized around the edges, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions before serving.
