Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
