Description

A simple and refreshing salad featuring sliced cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes marinated in a tangy vinaigrette.


Ingredients

  • 3 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled.

Notes
