- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions, then drain and add to the sauce along with the cooked chicken. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier version, increase the red pepper flakes. Pair with a crisp white wine.
