Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill or cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice into strips.
  4. Lay out each wrap and layer with romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, olives, and sliced chicken.
  5. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
  6. Roll up the wraps tightly and slice in half if desired.
  7. Serve immediately for the freshest taste.
