Ingredients

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 loaf round bread, hollowed out for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, feta cheese, tomatoes, olives, red onion, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spoon the mixture into the hollowed-out bread bowl.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the mixture is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving with bread pieces from the loaf.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the mixture.
