- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, cilantro, and taco seasoning until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.
Notes
For a spicier version, add diced jalapeΓ±os or hot sauce to the mixture. These can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
