A rich and creamy casserole featuring layers of ravioli, cheese, and sauce, perfect for family dinners.

- 1 package (25 ounces) frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in the marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce, then spread half of the sour cream over the ravioli.
- Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, sour cream, and cheeses.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
This casserole can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated; just add 10 minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
