Description

These bite-sized cannoli cups are perfect for parties, filled with a creamy ricotta and chocolate chip mixture in crispy phyllo shells.


Ingredients

  • 15 phyllo dough cups (such as Athens brand)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese, drained
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest (optional)
  • Additional powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bake phyllo cups on a baking sheet for 5 minutes until crispy. Cool completely.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, powdered sugar, vanilla, and orange zest until smooth.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon mixture into cups. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
