- 1 cup ricotta cheese, drained
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp orange zest (optional)
- Additional powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake phyllo cups on a baking sheet for 5 minutes until crispy. Cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, powdered sugar, vanilla, and orange zest until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon mixture into cups. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
