Description

These mini cheese balls are a perfect appetizer, combining creamy goat cheese with tart cranberries and crunchy pecans for a festive treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened goat cheese, chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, honey, and salt until well combined.
  2. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Optional: Roll the balls in additional chopped pecans or herbs before serving.
  5. Serve chilled with crackers or fresh vegetables.
