- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened goat cheese, chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, honey, and salt until well combined.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Optional: Roll the balls in additional chopped pecans or herbs before serving.
- Serve chilled with crackers or fresh vegetables.
