  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, 1 cup sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  7. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture, pecans, and marshmallows.
  8. Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  10. Let the pie cool completely before serving.
