Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake infused with mocha flavors, perfect for coffee lovers.


Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • Filling:
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (163ยฐC) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Mix in sour cream, vanilla, dissolved coffee, and cocoa powder.
  6. Pour filling over crust and bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is set.
  7. Cool in oven with door ajar for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For a stronger mocha flavor, increase the coffee granules. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
