- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz dried noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth; stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add carrots and bell pepper; cook for another 3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Mix in the cooked noodles and green onions; toss everything together until well coated.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
