Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz dried noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth; stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add carrots and bell pepper; cook for another 3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  7. Mix in the cooked noodles and green onions; toss everything together until well coated.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
