- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Brush the chicken with olive oil and grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the chicken with barbecue sauce.
- Top each chicken breast with shredded cheese and bacon.
- Close the grill lid and cook until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from grill and garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
For a healthier option, use turkey bacon. Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
