- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cooked spaghetti and half of the shredded cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
For a spicier version, add diced jalapeΓ±os or hot sauce to the mixture.
