Description

A delicious pasta dish featuring chicken, spaghetti, and Monterey cheese, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and half of the shredded cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

For a spicier version, add diced jalapeΓ±os or hot sauce to the mixture.
