Ingredients

- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 bunch bok choy, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sautΓ© for 1 minute.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in bok choy and soy sauce, cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chili flakes.
