Mushroom Bok Choy Stir Fry

Description

A quick and healthy stir fry featuring mushrooms and bok choy, perfect for a nutritious meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 bunch bok choy, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sautΓ© for 1 minute.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in bok choy and soy sauce, cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chili flakes.
