  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, mushrooms, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
