Easy no-bake cookies made with coconut and pecans, perfect for a quick treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and butter. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in coconut, pecans, and vanilla.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
- Let cool until set.
