- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz Milky Way bars, chopped
- Optional: Whipped topping for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press mixture into the bottom of a lined baking pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Gently fold in the chopped Milky Way bars; pour the mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set; slice into bars and serve chilled.
Notes
For best results, use full-fat cream cheese and chill overnight. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
