Description

A no-bake pie featuring a creamy orange filling in a graham cracker crust, perfect for a refreshing dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 package (3 oz) orange-flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water.
  2. Stir in 1/2 cup cold water and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and the cooled gelatin mixture until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping and orange zest if using.
  5. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

For a brighter flavor, add fresh orange segments as a garnish. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
