- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 package (3 oz) orange-flavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 teaspoon orange zest (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water.
- Stir in 1/2 cup cold water and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and the cooled gelatin mixture until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping and orange zest if using.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
For a brighter flavor, add fresh orange segments as a garnish. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
