- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers for coating
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, orange zest, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted.
- Combine the melted chocolate with the cream cheese mixture and orange juice; stir until smooth.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour or until firm enough to handle.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
- Roll the balls in crushed vanilla wafers to coat.
- Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
These truffles can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a stronger orange flavor, add more zest.
