- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add peanut butter and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually stir in powdered sugar until the mixture is thick.
- Fold in graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips if using.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
