Description

Easy no-bake dessert balls combining peanut butter and cheesecake flavors for a quick treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gradually stir in powdered sugar until the mixture is thick.
  4. Fold in graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips if using.
  5. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
