Description
Easy no-bake truffles made with crushed Oreo cookies, cream cheese, and peppermint flavor, coated in chocolate.

- 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate, for coating
- Crushed candy canes for garnish
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- In a large bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and peppermint extract until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly, and place back on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes immediately.
- Refrigerate the truffles for at least 1 hour to set before serving.
Notes
These truffles can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. For a stronger peppermint flavor, add more extract.
