Description

Delicious no-bake mini cheesecakes made with fresh strawberries and bananas, perfect for a quick dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • Optional: Additional strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake molds or cups.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  5. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the molds.
  6. Top with sliced bananas and chopped strawberries.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  8. Garnish with additional strawberries before serving.

Notes

These cheesecakes are best enjoyed fresh and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
