Description

Delicious chocolate cupcakes filled with creamy Nutella, perfect for a sweet treat or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, oil, Nutella, buttermilk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool completely before frosting.

Notes

For extra flavor, swirl more Nutella on top after baking.
