- 6 slices of thick bread
- 1 cup Nutella
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Spread Nutella on each bread slice and sandwich them together.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Dip sandwiches in the egg mixture and place in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Serve with fresh fruits for a balanced breakfast. Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated overnight.
