A classic recipe featuring crab meat melted on English muffins with cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 can (6 ounces) crab meat, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 4 English muffins, split
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together crab meat, mayonnaise, celery, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the English muffin halves.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each muffin half.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier version, add more Old Bay seasoning to taste.
