Description

A delicious appetizer featuring crab on English muffins, topped with a cheesy melt.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (6 ounces) crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 English muffins, split and toasted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine crabmeat, mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over the toasted English muffin halves.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  4. Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce to the crab mixture.
